I think for now I will stick with Net Speed Meter from the Microsoft store (Free)

This will monitor all activities for the PC I/O ports, realtime, which is better for me.
I often have two browsers running concurrently Chrome and Firefox and open Mail too. I think the Speedtest addon would be reading Firefox only.
