Post the extensions you want compatible with SeaMonkeySeveral people have asked for updates to ForecastFox. Unfortunately recent versions are all closed source. The newest open source version is 0.9.6 and I already have Forecastbar Enhanced 0.9.6-mod on my website.
Phil hako2 requested ShowIP.
According to their entry at addons.mozilla.org the latest version is compatible with SeaMonkey2.0.
Phil
The latest version 0.8.19 shows up in the statusbar and appears to work. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addons/versions/590
Phil Phil, care to comment here or here (SeaMonkey 2.1: Extension Incompatibility) as to what might be needed to get an incompatible extension working on the Trunk?
(Maybe even moving the thread to Extension Developement if more appropriate.) Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 SeaMonkey/2.0.14 Pinball CopyURL+ FetchTextURL FlashGot NoScript
Seamonkey is great, there are only two parts I am missing: a close button on each tab (Tab X, Tab Mix Plus)
EDIT: Nm about the TinyURL thing, just found the option in the menu... ![]() ![]() ![]()

You, are awesome! ![]() Hmm, is there a Smart Bookmarks Bar addon compatible with SeaMonkey? ![]() ![]()
SeaMonkey 2.1 will use the Firefox bookmarks system, but with our own unique UI of course. In practice this means that a whole bunch of Firefox bookmark extensions will suddenly become much easier to port to SeaMonkey. Phil hii..

Ah, well, guess I'll have to wait for that cherry on top, to finish off my SeaMonkey Sundae. ![]()

Other than that, I've had NO problems with SeaMonkey at all! I keep waffling between that and FireFox for now, but am turning to SeaMonkey more and more and I think very soon that it will only be SeaMonkey for me

Mynromyr (Karsten) is working on this: ![]() Click to see a bigger picture. Phil Perfect! SeaMonkey is a really nice browser, a few things I had on Firefox, I'll have to wait for here and that's fine, but it's just so...boring! A big reason I went with Firefox was the customization abilities and the personas were icing on the cake. I miss them so can't wait for this!
