This mod contains the following changes:
  • Added getVersionCheck() using nsIVersionComparator and used it to simplify logic involving use of getGeckoVersion.
  • Added appInfo = Components.classes["@mozilla.org/xre/app-info;1"] .getService(Components.interfaces.nsIXULAppInfo) And used it to simplify isFirefox(), isThunderbird(), isMozilla().
  • Restored all locales by using a fallback DTD file for <!ENTITY iz.options.togglefitmax.label "Toggle Fit/Maximize">.
  • Changed the extension version to 0.4.6.1mod and increased the maxVersion's to something insanely high like 20.
  • DR.M added +Image Fit to Width.
  • Therube added some typo fixes and minor changes from the ImageZoom trunk.

Back to original 0.4.6. Your version still with bug where you need to try twice time to open context menu on images, and added a new one, where image fit never restore the original size of image.

I hope you can fix it.

Ps: I'm using on Firefox.

Thanks!

ImageZoom ...

So the locales work by virtue of them being in the /locale/ directory & do not necessarily need to be defined in install.rdf (as they were in install.old.rdf)?

Also note, Bug 691102 - zombie compartments if Image Zoom in use.

@zegames, could you provide steps to replicate? Tried in FF12, but I don't seem to have any issues there? Did you try in a new, clean Profile with only ImageZoom installed? Right-click context opening as expected. Right-click+Center-mousewheel-click to restores size back to normal as expected.

No they work by virtue of them being in chrome.manifest.

In ImageZoom options, enable "Toggle/Fit Maximize". Now zoom any image, hold right click and make a left click, it will fit the image to space/screen, now again click left button, it should restore original image size. Tried on new clean profile, this feature working only in version 0.4.6, your version just fit to screen.

ps: Right-click+Center-mousewheel-click is working fine here, but I don't use this way, I prefer behavior explained above.

About context menu, the issue persists in both versions.

I (now) see what you're saying. Though the functionality changed. Read how Dr.M changed it, http://imagezoom.yellowgorilla.net/foru ... php?id=202. So, at present (unless someone changes it again, to perhaps; fit, maximized, reset [all from hold right-click, then, left-click]) then you have to choose if you want the original 0.4.6 or one of the modded ones, "0.4.7" or "0.4.6.1".

I'm not seeing or misunderstanding?

OK I will keep with version 0.4.6. My unique issue is the context menu on images, first time you make a right click on image it is just ignored, next one open context menu.

Ah, and each 10 seconds I see a mensage on error console:

Code: Select all
Timestamp: 03/01/2012 16:15:33
Error: document.popupNode is null

OpenBook 2.0.1.1 (on AMO) still works with FF 9.0.1 with a compatibility override. Since it changes an element that SM also has (the new bookmark doorhanger), porting should be possible. There's probably some JS involved for restoring the states and sizes. Since I doubt we'll progress with bug 605786 any time soon, having such an add-on available would be nice. :-)

Bonus points for also adapting our normal File Bookmark dialog (he, no, I'm not really serious about this one! ;-)).

Any chance that Image Shack Right Click 1.0.1 can be made to work in SM 2.6.1 and above?

I need volunteers to help me contact authors like these and encourage them to make their extensions compatible with SeaMonkey. If you do contact him please point him to:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Extensions_support_in_SeaMonkey_2

Thanks.

I'm a little surprised this one isn't already compatible with SeaMonkey since DOMi is:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... inspector/

It's a great tool and I would imagine would be helpful for both SeaMonkey developers and themers/extension authors.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

I suppose that the difference is that DOM Inspector has been shipped with SeaMonkey since time immemorial, and even (I think) with the Mozilla Suite while it (rather than Firefox) was still the chief Mozilla product.
Best regards,
Tony

I know DOMi has been around for ages... this just adds the ability to inspect popups to it. It doesn't work for *everything* but tracking down the origins of menus and popups can be a huge pain... especially these new-fanged tab-modal monstrosities that you can't inspect because they disappear!

Hi,

has onyone working Mouseless browsing for seamonkey 2.7? Hacking actual version doesn't work at all (it installs, I can change settings, but it doesnt work, no IDs, no response to numpad), hacking the edited version (around page 26 (or 27?) on this thread) results in empty brackets for numbers, settings doesn't work.

Thanks in advance,
Ghor

Imgur Uploader

Even with Add-on Compatibility Reporter installed and forcing AMO to download it, the install fails.
