What do u mean?
The source can be downloaded from <a href="http://www.ghostzilla.com/source/ghostzilla-1.0-src.tar.bz2">here</a>.<br>
The thing I don't get is, what is the diff between Ghostzilla basic and Ghostzill Plus, that he talks about <a href="http://www.ghostzilla.com/source/index.html">here</a>.

??
Seems the "plus" version is the one you can download...
who knows what the basic is (e-mail him and ask?).
On another note, the IDE Komodo from Active State;
http://www.activestate.com/Products/Komodo/?_x=1
how do they get away with using mozilla as it's core, and
1) Not giving there code away
2) selling the product
Have I missed something?

Re: ??
I don't think that they have to. If I'm not mistaken GPL states that only changes that are made to the product itelf must be handed over back to the community.
What they did is used the product as is and build an application around it.
If anyone thinks/knows that I'm wrong - please correct me.

Uhm, as I understand it, (almost; a few are still not relicensed) all Mozilla files use the tri-license (GPL/LGPL/MPL), which means that anyone wanting to use them can choose to use any one of those three licences. The MPL doesn't require the source-code to be made public. (After all, Netscape doesn't either...)
On the issue of the GPL - any product using GPL'ed code must make all source-code available (at (at maximum) the same prize as the binary files).
I'm sure I'm placing a few nuances wrong, but this should be more or less correct...

Yep. I think you missed something. The license only requires that you make available mods to Mozilla files. If you take Mozilla and add 1000 of your own files without altering any of the Mozilla files you don't have to offer anything back. If you do alter mozilla files then you have to make those publically available. Active state does even more than they have to (make it publically available). They file bugzilla bugs, attach patches and offer help in integrating their changes into the core of Mozilla. They contributed thousands of lines of code for python bindings for XPCOM. ActiveState developers have been very active in the Mozilla community and have made a great product using Mozilla technologies. I wish them nothing but the best in making as much money from that endeavor as possible.

Basic & Plus
I contacted the guy who created Ghostzilla and asked him about the Plus and Basic versions.
This was his response:
"Ghostzilla "basic" is Ghostzilla Plus without support for secure connections
(SSL). I meant to give Ghostzilla Basic for free and sell Ghostzilla Plus for a
small fee, but then I decided what the heck, I'll just give all for free. It
would just be too much work (marketing etc.)."
