I can't seem to get RadialContext to work under the 11-18 Win32 nightly under Win98. Tried it with a clean install and even after wiping the profile, but still no good. Can anyone else confirm, or is it just me?
I'll be able to try it under XP this evening.

I think that 1118 nightly broke all sorts of extensions. See also
