If you're wondering why Beta 3 had no changes:
desktop 58.0b3 had to get a build2 for last minute containers issue, then CDN issues prevented us from shipping that and we had to build 58.0b4 instead

tl;dr: 58 is not in a happy place quite yet

not worth using 58 Beta atm IMO, might as well stick with 57 till Beta 6 is released

It looks like now Nightly starts to unload tabs when it runs out of RAM.
Sorry for my poor English.

How many tabs and how much RAM? I ask because I don't see this.

What are you doing and were so I can try?

@The Tinsmith 700 tabs, 8 gigs of ram. Nightly sometimes unexpectedly starts to load a tab that has already been loaded after I switch to it (I have restore_on_demand set to false). Also, recent Nightlies shut down really fast (around a minute before all content processes are terminated). It could take Nightly up to 5 minutes to shut down session with 700 tabs around a month ago.

Maybe that's because budget throttling bug landed?

Hmm.. Okay. I have never had 700 tabs opened at the same. A guess of, maybe, fifty tabs, first thing in the morning when the NEWS arrives, Those are closed as I read them.

Also I have 16 GIG of memory.

So? Not a computer guy here but maybe you run out of resources? Too much crap and no place to put it?

am I the only one who experiences a way more sluggish browser since a couple of days ?
It was quite visible yesterday, but today, even after a PC restart, it feels almost unbearable after another hour, sluggish page "buildup" during/after loading, sluggish textbox input (here also).
Directly after browser restart it feels like yesterday, quite heavy feeling, far from being as snappy as a week ago, and turning more sliggish with each minute.

Not sure, but I believe is intent is to speed up connections if the site or network data is 'cached' and not spend time reloading.
