Not really.

If you set true to browser.startup.blankWindow, Fx opens maximised
If you set false to browser.startup.blankWindow, Fx opens windowed.

Or... the specific patch was not included with the latest Windows x64 nightly (20180322220118)

After I installed the 'patch' using inbound, browser.startup.blankWindow was set to true. My Fx window maximized correctly. However I experienced the double windows problem that Alice subsequently filed. I now have browser.startup.blankWindow = false and both problems are gone.

Okay so what's the easiest way to revert back to yesterday's nightly build? These rendering issues will be too much to cope with until the next update... hehe.
Cheers!

Just download the previous installer and run it: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox ... a-central/

But there's already a respin on the way, so you won't have to wait until tomorrow...
