Since 20181011 Nightly, whenever I open a new tab with a link, my GPU (I have an Intel/nVidia "Optimus" GPU) will switch from Intel iGPU to nVidia dGPU, then back to iGPU. On Windows 10, this causes microstutter. Anyone have similar Windows 10 setup encountering the same issue? 20181010 Nightly or prior does not have this constant iGPU/dGPU switching issue.

I wonder if this issue is part of the bug:
