I have the option to open PDF files in Firefox and it works fine.

Now, When i open a PDF it always download a file to my download folder.

I try in nightly with a new profile and it does the same.

In Firefox 94 this doesn´t happen.

Is there a bug for this?

Note: this behavior started some time ago in nightly.

Public statement on the new download: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1H0U ... 0f4l1lcske
Some bugs have been filed on the new behavior, but I don't know what if anything will change.

Do you mean that in Settings>General>Applications, the action for PDF is "Open in Firefox"?

In about:config, do you have the value of "pdfjs.disabled" set to False?
