But (manually checking) for updates, says I'm up to date?

Anyone else?

Your user agent says Windows 7, so:

for your information, Nightlies on Windows 7/8/8.1 and Mac 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 won't get updates until early next week - this won't be a bug with the update system

Yes Windows 7, 8, 8.1 users will be served Fx 115.0 ESR as the latest as Fx 116.0 and later drops support for 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14

Since 116 nightlies will begin June 5, I've temporarily disabled Firefox nightly updates for Windows 7/8/8.1. Next week we'll update Balrog again to pin nightly for Windows 7/8/8.1 to the latest 115 nightly build.
