Expand Cursor Missing In 20030504 Build

Post by ann-dee-roo »

Yep, it's true. The little four-pointed arrow doojiggy that shows you an image is too big for the browser window has gone missing. In its place is the regular pointer.

I ran into this in the 20030503 build and upgraded to 20030504 just to make sure. This is on Win32 mind you...I haven't yet checked in linux.

Has anyone else noticed this change/error?

Yeah, it just started happening a few days ago. You can still click on the image and it will expand but the mouse pointer doesn't change to show you that it's possible. The developers know about it -- it's bug 204382.

Ah, I suspected they were going to create a custom graphic soon.

Windows only

It seems to be Windows only - I'm enjoying the new magnifying glass in Linux.

I just checked in a hack -- errr.... fix -- for this, so hopefully these icons appear in the next build.

I think this one popped up due to a change in the Mozillacode.

It's fixed. The fix should appear on today's build.
