StyleXP is a complete and total waste of money. To use custom .msstyles all you need to do is simply install a FREE uxtheme patch. Learn more about it here and/or here

Ok, thanx for the info. Then again StyleXP is only 20 dollars and I don´t think it´s a waste of money since it does the job and also keeps tack of themes, bootscreens and some more things. Then again that´s my opinion and an off topic one.

Do the free patch and spend your 20 bucks on Windowblinds 4. Nothing wrong with having both!

I've tried both Style XP and WindowBlinds. I've found WindowBlinds has the following four advantages:
1) It can skin stuff StyleXP can't.
2) It runs faster than StyleXP.
3) There are many more skins for WindowBlinds then StyleXP, and on average.... WB skins are also better done.
4) StyleXP only works for Windows XP (and won't work on Longhorn), WindowBlinds works on 95 - XP and will also work on Longhorn.

1) StyleXP and WindowBlinds are the same price
2) WindowBlinds keeps track of themes and more things
WindowBlinds doesn't keep track of bootscreens, that's what I use BootXP for.

Nope. Usual build time is 17:00-18:00 GMT. Very rarely is it later. And it certainly would not be this late.
Has anybody had any trouble adding bookmarks to this build? When I used to do ctrl+d I would see the name of the last folder I save a bookmark to in the "Create in" box. If I didn't want that, I'd select another folder from the dropdown menu of my other bookmark folders.
With this build (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030519 Mozilla Firebird/0.6) I see nothing in the "Create in" box. And when I click on the dropdown button I get only the Bookmarks Toolbar line with two of the folders I have in the Bookmarks Toolbar. I have retired my old bookmarks file and imported the contents into a new bookmarks file with no change in result. Anybody else seeing this?
Afraid not ehume. I just tested your case study and the fields were there, and earlier on (unrelated) I added a new category via bookmark manager for torrent sites and everything worked as it should.

Of course this is just a matter of opinion, but I strongly disagree with you on that point. *Most* windowblinds themes are over done and highly unusable. I spend alot of time working with these themes and I've found that alot of WB skins seem to have been designed by and for kids and msstyles are made by and for people who actually spend time working at the keyboard. But, the few good WB skins are so good that its worth the 20 bucks for the program.

Thanks. I'll do a thorough knockdown and rebuild.
Edit: Figured it out. I had an unnamed bookmarks folder. Wherever you put an unnamed bookmarks folder, the Add Bookmark To dropdown list will stop listing.
