any release notes yet for beta 7? i am not noticing much difference from 6 to 7 at least for me

You are not watching carefully.
JM, HW Accel Layers, WebGL, Addons bar, Doorhanger notifications, some UI polishing... Fixing the 3000+ bugs is for reason...

No Mac version yet. The Mac build on the ftp server is still from 11/4 and the download link here links to b6 even though it says b7.

The Features and Technology pages are updated for Beta7, too.

Now that the build is FINALLY out, could we maybe close this thread and start a new to discuss any problems/issues ?
No one is going to read through 22 pages + of 'junk' looking for fixes/issues with B7.

Perhaps rename this one Firefox 4.0b7pre and lock and start 2 new threads.. Firefox 4.0b7 and Firefox 4.0b8pre.

So are the Linux and Windows builds as the 4.0b7 builds are the RC build 1.
