The thread is obviously for the discussion of the Nightly. Over the past few months it has also become a place to advocate and, frankly, bitch. This needs to stop. We can take steps to make it stop. We would rather not.
However, we do need to state some ground rules. First, if a topic is not specific to the build and lasts more then a couple of posts it needs its own thread. Second, if you have strong opinions about a topic this is likely to be advocacy and not discussion and should have its own thread. Feel free to post a link in the builds thread in either case.
Finally, if there is a problem in the thread don't argue it out in the thread, report it to viewforum.php?f=11 --The Moderation / Spam / Login Activation Requests Thread. We will act on it by either cutting things out or making it obvious that we are watching.
