I can't seem to install any extensions on this build... is it just me?

I just installed the Mouse Rocker Extension by Ted Mielczarek.
It works fine...

By the way Ted: fantastic extension!

I just tried to install the ALT Tag popup one and it's broken my whole install - Phoenix won't even start. I'm writing this in IE (just tried to open a tab, oops) and about to install Phoenix again from scratch. I'll be making a new profile.

When TBE or ALT popup was asking me to install I was clicking on "No" to the question about Japanese bits to install... This was causing the problem.

On the other hand, the ALT popup extension doesn't seem to work.
