Firefox metro preview (elm build) crashes upon start.


installed on windows 8 rtm enterprise and all defaults given to firefox...


tried everything, install/reinstall, profile, and all u can find about fixing ff errors...
still no result

I have Windows 8 Pro RTM (original) and Nightly is not running on Metro version even set as default.

EDIT: I installed 'Elm' version and then it worked.

Scrolling seems broken. I have to use autoscroll to get around.

Yeah, no mousewheel scrolling support yet.

I couldn't even enter a web by typing the URL (enter button is not working).

In a File Explorer window, can you go to %APPDATA% and then go to Mozilla\MetroFirefox\ and see if there's a folder named "Crash Reports"?

Yes.
There is only one file inside it, named "InstallTime20121003040204"

and the only info inside it is a few numbers:

I got it installed and got the new icon. The problem is when I click the icon the new style splash screen comes up then it dumps me back to the start screen.

It's a Windows 8 Pro x64 install. I'm using the RTM version from Technet.

I was thinking more on the hardware side. Processor, video card, etc.
