I saw the effect for one flash of the caret and then the whole caret appeared. I had to reload the page to repeat. Only appeared if Tab was used. If page reloaded the effect was repeatable.

Will there be a roll-over for the names to increment version numbers tomorrow Nov 8?
I often take a long windy road to my destination. Upon arrival, I wonder how I missed the shortcut.

The number bump will probably be for the update on Wednesday, assuming nothing goes wrong.

I wonder if Tab animations or silent updates will make it into FF8 or not. Both have been at risk for a while.

Well, considering Fx8 is being released
tomorrow , I highly doubt it. And, for that matter, Fx9 (and Fx10 for the most part) should be feature frozen, so they shouldn't see any
new features that haven't already landed (though features can still be taken out).
There have always been ghosts in the machine... random segments of code that have grouped together to form unexpected protocols. Unanticipated, these free radicals engender questions of free will, creativity, and even the nature of what we might call the soul...

FF9 I understand a feature freeze, but 10 I dont. It will only be in aurora. That should be the last stage for near finished features that didnt make it into the last release/beta attempt to be released.

Since the Nightly Change Log is filled with stuff, I would have to guess that the update today will be large.
