The merge may happen today, but that won't be reflected in the build until tonight's updates get spun.

So with Bug 563318 landing on Mozilla Central does that mean that Firefox 13 is going to built with MSVC 2010 and therefore will no longer support Windows 2000 and Windows XP SP1/2?
