I tried getting Favicon Picker to work by using the Nightly Tester Tool. Didn't work. Hopefully the author will update Favicon Picker soon.

Uncle Spellbinder,
What extension and/or theme gives you those buttons at the top of your extension window?

Thanks.
Do you mean the normal bookmarksmenu? WFM.

Oh well, I use it in a different way. In the customize window I uncheck some menus that I don't use, e.g. Edit, View etc.
With the Menu Editor extension http://menueditor.mozdev.org/ you could move menuitems to another menu, e.g. View Fullscreen to Tools. That way you could use the original Bookmarksmenu with only a long Tools menu.
