The 1.7.2.00 adds a extra Bookmarks in your Customize Toolbar that you can place where you want. As in Menu Bookmarks or the Shark and have Bookmarks next to it. The 1.7.2 I had did not do this and I had to edit it to make it work with the latest builds.mai9 wrote:rschultz2002 wrote:No it is not the same. First off they do not have the same number. I found it so never mind.doh wrote:1.7.2.00 & 1.7.2: aren't they the same? They sure look like it.
what's the difference between them?

Are you sure? Both my Firefox 1.0.6 and the nightly 20050928 have version "1.7.2" and *do* have that extra Bookmarks menu. What's the date of zipped files of version "1.7.2.00"? Does this "00" version show those on the extension window?
btw, I think it was me who asked cdn for that extra "bookmarks" menu

I don't know the dates. I deleted it after 1 day of play. Yes the .00 was in the extension window. Here is a link for you.
FIREFOX BETA

Heres a link to download a compact menu that works with the new FIREFOX BETA. http://www.savefile.com/files/2466160. I am not the author of this extension but there are so many people asking for the fix so i thought i should upload it. I do have a theme (ifox) which utilizes the compact menu. After downloading simply drag and drop in to firefox extensions window. Great extension thanks Chris.
