I had java 7u9 i think and i got the java icon in the systray saying it has an update. After update one of the 2 entries for java in the plugins section disappeared( i restarted nightly several times) and i couldn't run java in any website.I had to completely uninstall java and install it fresh to make the 2 entries in plugins to show up and java to work in nightly. This was the first time i had to do this after a java update.
