Hi,

I am Chetan Savade from Symantec Technical Support Team.

Latest Firefox version is not yet supported with the Symantec Endpoint Protection.

See this article: System Requirements for Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5

Best Regards,

So Symantec are late with support yet again ....what happened to value for money?

"Mozilla Firefox 3.6 through 31.0"

Firefox 31 came out last July, and that version of Chrome last August. Either this page needs updating or this software is completely useless with any browser other than IE.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

That's the way I read it too.
And its "Browser Intrusion Prevention" is even more behind the game; Firefox 3.6 - 28.0.
Fire 750, bring back 250.

However FF has been working "somehow" together with Symantec Endpoint Protection since now, so also in version 35.0.1.

Shame on you Symantec.
