Just got it via updates, thanks. @...Changed: "Add-on extensions that are not signed by Mozilla will display a warning"
I'm not seeing that ....depends of meaning of "will"?

In case an extension is signed, you won't see any additional text. Here's what my add-on page in Firefox 40.0b8 looks like:
