@ Xetmes - it should be fixed per Bug 1247733 - <use> referenced elements fail to load, in a page that was upgraded to HTTPS via HSTS
if it's not, it's probably the similar issue like Bug 1250770 - With HTTPS Everywhere installed, YouTube HTML5 embedded video control buttons are missing (& so are all SVG <use> elements on any page that HTTPS Everywhere redirects)
