alex_mayorga - I remember that it was reported some time ago, maybe it's back or wasn't fixed yet
in my case I have UAC disabled, so can't confirm

For the time being you might go to here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/ right click - save link as & download it to your PC. Then do an install from your local copy.

It fixed for me some time ago. Probably, buggy "Mozilla Maintenance Service " has been installed.

Uninstall "Mozilla Maintenance Service " and Nightly(incl. other version if any) from Control panel. And re-install Nightly.
