Ok, something new I've not seen before, and truthfully not sure when it started.

I have for years used mostly m-c builds, and with each new build I always 'uninstall' the old build, and run the .exe installer on the latest m-c build. Since I got my new win10 PC, I think that's when it started, whenever I install a 'new m-c' build I am getting this annoying banner at the bottom of the page:

'Looks like you've reinstalled Nightly. Want us to clean it up for a fresh, like-new experience' NO! I don't... how to turn this off.
