64 vs. 32 bit Nightly performance

Is there much difference in performance between the current Nightly builds?

I ran some JS benchmarks (n = 3) with fresh default profiles in both versions of today's Nightly (06/05/16) on Win 10 x64, and it doesn't seem so for that aspect of perforamance.

64 bit:  977.1 ± 11.4 ms
32 bit: 1076.5 ± 24.7 ms

Octane

64 bit: 31389 ±  771
32 bit: 33101 ± 1131

Sunspider

64 bit: 224.2 ± 1.9 ms
32 bit: 225.9 ± 5.7 ms

JetStream

64 bit: 168.24 ± 1.37
32 bit: 173.33 ± 3.77

Higher is better unless benchmarks have time units.
