Why do you think its a Firefox issue, IE 11 does the same thing, redirects silently to www

It's not about the redirect. Regardless of the URL, it doesn't work with TLS 1.3 enabled.
Not sure if it's a firefox or server issue (bug 574011), but the error doesn't make any sense to me.

Confirmed on m-c win32 builds, quickly went to over a gig, I'm guessing something to do with the looping gifs/video or whatever they are...didn't investigate other than no way to 'pause' or stop them as far as I could tell.
