I've now figured out what the problem is: It's related to my three-monitor (and two graphics-card?) setup!

Tech background:
I'm using a Matrox M9128 card to push an NEC PA272w monitor at 2560x1440 resolution (main monitor in the center).
I'm using a Matrox M9120 card to push two NEC 2490WUXi2 monitors at 1920x1200 (situated left and right of the main monitor).
My dpi is set to 135%.
Just for the record, I'm using the very latest versions of the drivers for my graphics cards and the monitors.

I have to confess that I don't exactly know when the problem started; I use Fx beta as my standard browser and only check what Nightly's doing every few days.

What actually happens is hard to describe precisely in words, so I've provided links to three images. I haven't inserted the pictures in this post because they're too wide and would violate the Board rules.

Two final comments
1. This doesn't happen with Fx beta.
2. It also doesn't happen on my other computer, which only has one graphics card: an nVidia QuadroFX 1800.
3. Although it's generally not a good idea, I even tried my "beta" profile with Nightly. The problem still occurs.

I'm thinking of opening a bug, but I'd like to wait awhile to see if anyone else has a suggestion.

I posted this before but never got any answer. Videos over at play.hbogo.com, which are Flash, will start to judder after a minute of two after playing. It was fine a month or two ago. Can anyone confirm this? Below is a video to try out. Go past the coming attractions and get to John Oliver's show and let it play for at least 2 minutes and notice the halting nature of the video. Audio is also not quite in sync with the video. Your ISP must be a subscriber to hbogo in order to play any of the shows.
