Adobe Prime Time Plug-in

Anyone else notice that this plug-in is Disabled ? Has been for awhile now, not sure when it may have started.
I have tried re-enabling it, and it goes back to 'disabled'. I don't do Netflix, not sure what else it may be used for, and have not run into any videos saying its needed. I don't do that many videos as a general rule anyhow.
