I removed the 'Win32' thing. We really follow all the builds (Win32, Win64, Mac, Linux32 and Linux64) and nowadays they all are ready at the same time. Before, the Win32 were the last one due to PGO taking a long time, but after the update to MSVC2015 that's no longer true.
