I am an idiot. Why didn't this bug make it into Nightly 05-11-16?
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1314133
As far as I understand, comment 14 means the bug landed on inbound today #-o

Nightly's are not built from 'inbound' builds. Inbound has to merge into Mozilla-central before it will be built into a Nightly build. There is always the strong possibility that just because its on Inbound once it hits Central tests could still fail and get backed out.

Just watch for it to land on M-C, or get 'RESOLVED FIXED'

Patch just got merged into M-C, so assuming nothing breaks during/after build it should be in tomorrow's Nightly.

So, I just got today's update for Aurora (x64 for Windows), and it fails with "Couldn't load XPCOM" on startup. Rolled back to yesterday's update, and everything works again.

Same here.

This works:

The strange part was that the mercurial changelog between the working 2016-11-05 build 69e17427242d and today's non-starting build 070cf059bb70 was only three automatic blocklist updates. Nothing else.
https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/shortlog

So, either the blocklists contained some bad stuff or something went bad in the build process itself.

It might've been a result of this effort for nightly? https://twitter.com/nsIAnswers/status/7 ... 4753286144
Probably a messed up build configuration.
