Instant crashing on Aurora when trying to drag and drop images to Imgur. Happening for maybe 4 days now.

https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/ ... 5ad2161108
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/ ... 4992161108
and without addons: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/ ... c0b2161108

EDIT: I wonder if https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1277681 caused it?

Alpha version, Nightly and Nightly Web Content process occupied more and more memory, after hours use, it grew to about 1,210 MB together.

The web rendering is much smoother than the release build though. Keep up the good work, and wish Firefox could reach more achievement, and can drop the memory usage a little bit more with further improvements.

Two interesting bugs landed in yesterday's Nightly in case anyone missed them:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1314426 <--Add a method to kill the GPU process for testing
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1297792 >- Add GPU process to about:support

Graphics section of about:support now will show the PID of the GPU process, and has a 'button' to kill the process.

I've not tested the 'Kill' button to see what if any nasty affects that may have. (call me chicken) :)

I dislike the terminology of Bugzilla. The statement "two bugs landed" sounds like two bugs were added, when what really happened is two code sets for new features were put in to Firefox.

"bug patches landed"
"patches landed"
"patches applied"
"fixes landed"
"fixes applied"

Whatever, as politics teached us once more, we might speak in different terms but we share the same understanding.
