Yep, some things never change. Bet you can't wait to see the final UI?

Render it down and turn it into soap

If you're fresh to this thread, this is what they're on about -

http://www.ghacks.net/2017/03/24/here-i ... ew-design/

Well, I think so anyway, it might be about this one - http://www.ghacks.net/2016/02/25/first- ... r-windows/ or, this one - http://www.ghacks.net/2017/02/16/opera- ... -revealed/

Well, it's about some browser anyway, that's for sure. Damn things all look the same to me :)

Edit - I've just had a look at the forum title here, it's probably about the first link.

There's a lot of interesting comments from the Mozilla staff on the Firefox subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/commen ... f_firefox/

WTF ? They doing away with the drop-list in the 'Awesome-bar' too , replacing it with a stupid list no one will use ?

..and remember, this time there's not going to be a CTR to stick Band-Aids on it.
WTF wants to waste time discussing Australis Part Deux for another six months ?...not me.
Its romper room stuff for six year olds; no doubt inspired by watching too much bong fueled Star Trek.

I guess I am gonna post this here as well because why not :-"

When will WebRender be enabled by default in Nightly? When will WebRender reach performance parity with current Nightly
Long story short, in a while. For enablement, it's hard to predict accurately for a project of this scope, but we'd like it to be in a good shape by November (I am a terrible person to ask about time estimates so this might be too optimistic). Performance parity will be some time in between then and now (I think that we don't have a milestone specifically for it other than it needs to be significantly better than what we currently have by the time it ships).
Sorry for my poor English.

I don't think we should overrate Mockups that much. Things may not turn out as shown.

This Mockup did not become part of Firefox for example:

No offense, no it's not, it's a waste of time and energy, we've been through this before, over and over, graffiti on freeway overpasses is more interesting.
If Mozilla had a clue and got outside, rather than kick them in the head, they would have hired/consulted some rather talented UI/Extension/Themer guys and gals around here. :)
