Could you guys tell me if e10s improvements in 53.0 alpha will go into 52.0 beta or not?

I am really happy with 53.0 alpha so far, though I will still need a more conservative version for more serious usage. With 49.x, I had met terrible spinner with e10s enabled, so I hope that maybe I could use 52.0 beta or even 51.x series as long as it included the spinner fixes.

depends if the devs enable anything from 53 into 52, it might be to risky to enable more e10 stuff in 52. your better off going in the firefox irc channel an asking the devs there. fix's can always be backported if the problem is serious enough to warrant a backport.
