Activity Streams (New Tab v3)

From what I can make out, Mozilla is eager to launch something user facing, they agreed on making the new tab page convoluted and have it so you can pin articles and the like there. They're planning to launch it on desktop, mobile and even the farce that is the iOS offering.

I've been using the addon; on occasion it does save me a search through my history when trying to find an article or the like. Otherwise most of my navigation is just via the url bar
