Open the second tab and open any web page in it, make sure second tab has focus and close the browser
Launch the browser

AR: video starts playing
ER: video shouldn't start playing

I missed out on a lot as I went back to the Beta build but thought to try the nightly builds again.

So on my Portable version of 52 Developer Edition when typing in the address I get results like this:

But then on the latest Nightly, I've noticed something else was introduced that I'd like removed (if possible):

Where at the bottom of the search results you see the "search for androidauthority.com with: Google icon"

Is there a about:config option to disable that and revert back to how it looks like in the first image?

I believe your screenshots were switched - the "search for androidauthority.com with: Google icon" is in your first screenshot.

Anyways, try setting `browser.urlbar.oneOffSearches` to `false`.
