Bugzilla.mozilla.org

YIKES, they reverted to the windows 3.11 look :-k [-(

That mess is hard to read and font is too light.

EDIT: you can go to bottom of the bug page and there is a button on the lower right corner marked 'format bug' - that will return to the 'old look we all have been using for yrs.'
but... only for that bug, not global to all bugs you happen to open.

Ugh, that is beyond barebones generic. Of course they'd love it.

Tired of constant Firefox UI changes? XUL extensions are not working anymore? Try SeaMonkey, Waterfox Classic, Pale Moon.

With the change, I'm gonna ask for help!
In the old design, I open the bug page, click in a icon on the bookmark toolbar with the following code

javascript:(function()%20{%20var%20title%20=%20document.title;%20function%20htmlEscape(s){return%20s;};%20var%20OS=document.getElementById("op_sys").value.substring(0,3)%20;var%20white=document.getElementById("status_whiteboard").value%20;var%20PR=document.getElementById("product").value%20;var%20comp=document.getElementById("component").value;%20PR=PR+":"+comp;textToCopy="[*]#"%20+%20title.match(/\d+/)[0]%20+%20"%20%20["%20+%20PR%20+"]-"+htmlEscape(title.match(/%E2%80%93.*/)[0].slice(2))%20+"%20["+OS%20+"]"+%20""+"["+white%20+"]";document.write("<form%20name=f><textarea%20name=ta%20cols=120%20rows=5></textarea></form>");%20document.close();%20document.f.ta.value%20=%20textToCopy;%20document.f.ta.select();%20})()

and the result I paste while editing the thread here.

Example:
on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.c ... id=1285883
I get
[*]#1285883 [Core:Audio/Video: Playback]-Facebook/YouTube videos often not starting. [Uns][[platform-rel-Facebook][platform-rel-Youtube]]

===
Can anyone give me the new javascript code I have to use on the new design?

Hopefully they will provide something, else they are liable to lose some very good testers if the bug filing/tracking is going to be so hard to work with.
The new format to me makes following comments, progress on the bug hard to follow. Maybe with a couple more days it will make sense, but right now its just frustrating to me.
Old eyes and all that...

@ Alice0775

Is there a way to globally turn off the new 'experimental interface' , other than what I noted above on that one single bug with the button at the bottom ?
