They bump dom.ipc.processCount to '4' a week or so ago I think, now they bump it back to '1' ? https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1352359

I've had it set to 20 here for a month or so... no issues at all here.

dom.ipc.processCount.file is different. This is a seperate process for opening local URLs (which open in their own process currently - if you open 100 local hosted .html files you'll get 100 processes regardless of dom.ipc.processCount)

I just got back from dentist and not feeling like tracking it down at the moment.

On my system the arrow is the progress bar. As a file is being downloaded the arrow begins to turn blue at the bottom and progresses to all blue when the file is downloaded. Have you tried a large file?

Same for me on Aurora.

I also get massive slow-downs on Warframe.market after doing a search for a common item like "Flow" then leaving the tab open for 10mins or so and coming back to it (tab is often whited out partually).
