Xenforo doesn't display font Cabin in 54/55

I have a strange problem. In this Xenforo, the standard font Cabin (which seems to be a Google Font) doesn't get loaded in Aurora or Nightly, while in Beta 53 it is still working. If I have a look at the texts with the Inspector, the font doesn't even get displayed correctly there, it looks like standard New Times Roman instead of Cabin. It doesn't even work with a new profile, so it can't be an addon or configuration.
Is there anything else I can do to enable the font? In Chrome/ium its working fine in every version.

Try setting gfx.downloadable_fonts.otl_validation to false.

This works in Aurora 54. For me it doesn't work in Nightly 55, however. I'm curious why that is, as it does seem to work for you.
