Remove the extraneous tab bar space:

#TabsToolbar {padding-inline-start: 0px !important;}

Kind of annoying how ugly/intrusive it is and how these changes seem to be made unilaterally.

Shouldn't there be a link to the Dev Edition in the first post?

Previous DEV EDITION: 20170602 (Dev 54.0b13)
Linux Desktop - AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 3.3GHz | 8.0GB RAM | GeForce GT 630
Windows Notebook - AMD A8 7410 2.2GHz | 6.0GB RAM | AMD Radeon R5

No. why would there be one when its technically Nightly > Beta > Release . Mozilla were/are just ... to totally close the door on the Dev Editionm Repo / Folder , my guess they'll kill it once 54 is actually released on the 13th

Thanks!

I agree, at least they should:
  • make an option for it
  • make it disappear when window is maximized

@ Caspid - Thank you very much for the workaround! =D>

@ WaltS48 - There is no thing like Aurora/Developer Edition anymore :vamp:

Are you ready for deprecation of XUL & XBL & XPCOM extensions? Not?! Try Firefox ESR

Nope. Dev edition is continued based on the beta channel, with some differences. Apart from the obvious (branding), you can still disable signature checks for one. (There might be other differences that I don't know of)
There's no plan to kill it, yet.

@ avada - My bad, yes, you are right.
Aurora (former name) and Developer Edition (later name) were names for the same distribution channel,
but now Developer Edition is still available as "layer" on Beta distribution channel.

If anything it's more like Beta has changed, by moving 6 weeks closer to Nightly. IIUC DevEdition is close to what it was before - daily updates, 6 weeks behind Nightly. Obviously there was a lot of upheaval because Mozilla didn't really think things through, but that's the end result as far as I can tell (as someone who uses Nightly).
