Works much better on my config as well. One of the devs told me on reddit they were planning to enable Webrender in Nightly by default in November. Fingers crossed :-"

Obviously there was a lot of upheaval because Mozilla didn't really think things through, but that's the end result as far as I can tell (as someone who uses Nightly).
The daily updates are not true. Develeoper edition shows the beta version number and appears to update in an identical fashion: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/devedition/releases/
I know of very few differences, apart from the usual (branding, dev profile), I only know of xpinstall.signatures.required;false still working. I wonder if there's any more.

Also, I don't think they'll push anything to beta they wouldn't have pushed before. It's just there isn't another layer between, and you don't need to wait more than 4 months to see features make it to stable. (Only 2.7  )
Though stuff won't be tested as well, I guess.

So 6+6 is replaced by 6?
so 1.5months from beta to stable?

or 6+6+6 replaced by 6+6?
so 3months from nightly to stable?

:?

It's only 3 months now, from nightly to beta to release, I guess.

Cycles vary.

Beta is at 54.0b13, and this cycle is 8 weeks between the release of 54.0b1 on April 21, 2017 and the scheduled release of 54.0 on June 13,2017. If my arithmetic is correct, and I am bad at that.

It looks like 55.0b1 is scheduled for June 14th, with a quick followup by 55.0b2 on June 16th. Another cycle with 13 betas and a release candidate or several release candidates.

But y'all can click the same Release Calendar link in the first post, like I did, and follow along at home.

I think I found a serious flaw in one of the recently landed bugs so if anyone is willing to help, please read this comment and leave your opinions/suggestions:

Is this SVG supposed to look like this? https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/ ... nstant.svg

I have doubts. You also can't zoom it properly. It's size nowhere near increases in the supposed amount.
