The Official 20170628 builds are out

I still have the issue where 64bit Nightly crashes after you close the browser. Happens on both Windows 7 64bit and Windows 10 64bit.
First build this issue occurred on was the the 2017-06-17 Nightly.

- clean profile, no add-ons installed
- all plugins enabled/disabled (makes no difference)
- e10s enabled/disabled (makes no difference)
- removing all internal add-ons from "browser\features\" makes no difference
- not happening with 32bit Nightly

The following prefs seems to control them.

// enables Activity Stream inspired layout
pref("browser.newtabpage.compact", true);

// number of rows of newtab grid
pref("browser.newtabpage.rows", 2);

// number of columns of newtab grid
pref("browser.newtabpage.columns", 6);
