Can't get to a site. Security Error.

Going to https://www.state.nj.us/treas/treasmail.shtml I get a Secure Connection Failed message. The same link using MS Edge works fine. Anyone else having a problem with this link on Nightly or any other build? Perhaps it's caused by a security preference I've set.

That's what I get:

"Secure Connection Failed
The connection to http://www.state.nj.us was interrupted while the page was loading."

The complete message I get is:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to http://www.state.nj.us. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Bug or something Else?

Because,
Mozilla disabled 3DES(security.ssl3.rsa_des_ede3_sha) in the TLS handshake on Nightly.
