I purged and redownloaded the filters. It seems to be back to normal now.

Running latest win64 m-c tinderbox build MCOct2017x64\20171025222259 64bab5cbb9b63808d04babfbcfba3175fd99f69d and I just noticed that e10s is or appears to be 'disabled'

There is no longer an option in the Options Panel to 'enable e10s' , I can't recall the pref to flip ? Is there a reason they would suddenly 'turn it off' ?>

edit: dom.ipc.processCount still shows '4' is that the right pref ?
edit: about:support still shows 1/1 and 5/4 - so the Win10 taskmanager must be goofy or something..
edit: close/restart browser fixed the taskmanager but the option is still missing, and the tabs no longer show e10s, perhaps its no longer needed.
