I assume you want bold text for bookmarks and menubar items, right?

Code: Select all
#main-menubar > menu > :-moz-any(label,description),
#PlacesToolbarItems toolbarbutton > :-moz-any(label,description) {
  font-weight: bold !important;
}

You can add code to your userChrome.css inside browsers profile folder.
Customize Firefox 57+ UI || Classic Theme Restorer (Fx 29-56) || Classic Toolbar Buttons || CustomizeMyBird

How to use legacy add-ons after Firefox 57 release? Switch to Firefox 52 ESR or move to Waterfox browser or Basilisk browser.

This will make all the tabs bold:
Code: Select all
tab {
    font-weight: bold !important;
}

Just the selected one:
Code: Select all
tab [selected] {
    font-weight: bold !important;
}
