Weird scrolling problem in Fx58.

Here's the scenario. Start Fx58 (maybe even an earlier version). Go to a site that is long so you can scroll a lot. Then open up the Windows Mail app or I think any other Windows app will do. Then start scrolling. My scrolling speed becomes extremely fast. When I close the Windows app it is back to normal. Try it and see. If the Windows app is running before you start Fx you won't get the fast scrolling speed.

I am using Win 8.1 and Nightly 59. I launched IE and Alarms app and tried to scroll a long thread. I couldn't reproduce the bug. I'll try to reproduce the bug with 58 later.

Is this as in like a "Windows 10 app", so would Win10 be needed to see this?

Do you have smoothScroll enabled (in FF)?

I've only seen it on Windows 10. I have the Fall Creators Update. The apps are the ones you find in the MS Store. Since I use the Mail app a lot I see the scrolling issue very often. Yes I do have smooth scrolling enabled. I don't see why there should be any connection between running a Store app and scrolling in Fx.

What really is happening, so it seems, is every movement of the scroll wheel scrolls farther than normal.
