Do you use the Neat URL extension? I disabled mine and it seems to have helped.

No, I don't have Neat URL.

I have uBlock Origin, Violentmonkey running AAK-Cont Userscript for uBlock Origin, Country Flag +, IPvFoo, Hostname in Title, small-clock, Tab Center Redux, To Google Translate, Blank New Tab.

The blank page is usually in AVSFORUM, which typically has a large response time for me; and the partial page is usually DSLReports, which also sometimes has a large response time.

I haven't noticed partial or blank page anomalies with websites that typically have very small response times.

Again, the problem is infrequent, maybe about twice a day.

blank loading pages are pretty incessant on both reddit and github for me. Majority of links on both sites the past two days just go blank with a spinner in the center of the page.

Edit: It seems that following links is the problem (for me at least). Copying the URL into a new tab seems to fix it under most circumstances

Check if you have browser.tabs.remote.warmup.enabled to true. If yes, change it to false.

Latest build is super broken, getting quite a few blank pages and I'm unable to left click on the newtab page to open anything though I can still right click to open stuff.

I just installed the second Nightly from the 9th and left and right click both work for Top Sites in the New Tab page.

Hmm... I just tried in safe mode, still happens but it doesn't in a fresh profile.
