This happens on two computers I use. The first has an NVIDIA Quadro K1000M. The second has an AMD Radeon HD 7700/7800.

Hardware acceleration is turned on for both. Both are laptops.

Oh well, there goes my theory that it is related to a particular make of video card. In trying to nail the problem down I do notice that under the 3D settings for my nvidia 1080 ti there is an option for Power Management Mode. I've seen more or less flickering depending on what I set it to. Seems the Optimal setting produces less flickering and display corruption than Adaptive and Performance mode. I also had a situation where the card wasn't honoring the different performance levels. These are the clock values that are used depending on the load of the GPU. I got into a situation where my clocks were always at the max instead of changing to GPU load. This caused massive flickering on many sites not just a few.

¡Hola!

FWIW this laptop also has an NVIDIA Quadro K1000M and it used to have red flickering with WebRender.

23.21.13.9077 driver dated 23/01/2018 has seemingly resolved that FWIW.

I've been using gfx.webrender.all;true since yesterday and I haven't noticed the glitch any more.

¡Gracias!

It's not WR. It happens with WR disabled.

Caused by Ublock. Turn off filtering and the website loads like normal.

HTML filtering?

What's up with Gorhill anyway? No new version since 15 days is unusual for him.
