Re: The first official 20180221 builds are not yet out
Possibly dumb question: My nightly user agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0", although I am on version 60. I see windows users in this forum have version 60 in their user agent, so something seems to be wrong either for linux in general or on my end. No UA add-ons / preferences that I know are changed...

Thanks, everytime since yesterday when I log onto Youtube, and click on a video from my watch history. Nightly freezes and fails to load the video, but I can still close Nightly. Bug or regression? @Malliz, thanks.

@TheVisitor Yes nightly, and about:support also shows the correct version (and the wrong user agent).
tomatoshadow2, according to the forum, also has 59.0 user agent and says he's using Nightly. Possibly some unix-only problem?

@Johnp_ I'm using the Developer Edition, which is based on the beta builds, as my Nightly is currently having issues.

I'm having the same problem. Using the latest Nightly on MacOS: 60.0a1 (20180221102240) (64-bits). Thought it was uMatrix at first.tomatoshadow2 wrote:Thanks, everytime since yesterday when I log onto Youtube, and click on a video from my watch history. @tomatoshadow2 Thanks, I've now checked a fresh profile and there everything is right. Probably a wrong about:config option, since it's also there in safe mode...
edit: Aaaand I'm an idiot and totally forgot finger printing resistance -.-
Although, as the next ESR should be 60, they probably should change the UA to 60 in the near future (edit2: just checked - it's already being tracked).

Hi guys.
So I've run into an interesting issue... my window state will not save, at all. I've tried setting the new window size and it just won't save it. It's pretty annoying.
If anyone has seen this and knows a work around I'd love to hear it!
Cheers.

@sciguyryan Do you have privacy.resistFingerprinting set to true? (there's quite a bit of entropy in window dimensions, so they are reset on restart if finger printing resistance is enabled; bug 1330882)
